Big O Tires

Store lobby a bit dirty. Need new floor. I have been in other store over the years and this location is dingy. Bathroom worn and not clean.

Friendly and timely service

They gave my husband two tires with a good rating at 50,000 miles and a very good rate. Will definitely come back when time to replace other tires.

The staff was knowledgeable and set my expectations properly. They helped me research the best tire replacement options for me and provided me options that fit my budget. They took extra care installing and mounting my tires on my custom rims and we’re clean, professional and efficient. My car looks great and more importantly rides amazingly. We had a problem with a tire tire which they fixed at no charge. So when we needed service which we had to pay for, we kmew we needed to come back and use Big O

it was very busy and I came during an emergency. I wasn't offered a free anything but Richard Geddings Manager and Pedro did immediately attend to my needs

My records were messed up when I purchased my tire on August 2, 2022, but were rectified by the personnel when I had my tire fixed, on Mar. 26

Guys are super friendly and willing to explain everything to me. Service was fast and I was back to running my errands after they fixed my flat tire!

I thought the price for a tire rotation was ridiculous and higher then the dealer of my car, however, I found a coupon and they honored it saving me $15

The gentleman that took care of me was very knowledgeable and kind. I loved the fact that there was no up sale. He was honest and straight forward.
