The customer service was excellent. From scheduling the appointment on the phone, to dropping off my car then picking it up, the communication was wonderful and exceeded my expectations.

I had searched on Tirerack for tires before arriving and the tech ordered them from the warehouse and met the Tirerack price. He even had them rush delivered so I could get them same day (for an extra fee). Very happy with his efforts and the outcome. I noticed later that there were no valve caps on any of tires, minor annoyance having to go buy valve caps and the tires sidewall had not been cleaned and was covered with some sort of substance that was very hard to remove.
