Everybody was great and the service was quick!

I had a blowout and the spare was not working well. I went to one Big O on Apache, where they did not have the tire I needed. They sent me to the store on Charleston, but warned there might be a wait, depending on how busy they were. But I got in and out in and hour and a quarter. In almost immediately. They had the tire. They were friendly and helpful and explained anything. Chances are I will not return because I am from Canada, but I was highly satisfied with the people at this store, and also appreciated Brett at the Apache store for forwarding me there. Good service and good people. I wish I didn't have to do the purchase, but it's hard to drive the car with only three tires...lol.

The service was prompt. I expected it to take a couple of days and it took less than 24 hours. Dropped my car off at 6 PM and was told it was ready by 11:30 AM.

Great Service! Completed everything timely and were very honest!

I asked for all valve stems to be replaced, they called me and told me the price for each to make sure I was okay with it and I was. Later called me to tell me my truck was done. The valve stems weren’t replaced. They said because they couldn’t find the right ones with the sensors so I asked for them to be replaced no matter what (the sensors didn’t matter to me). So the only problem I had was that I feel like they should’ve called me and asked/told me other options for valve stem replacement other than telling me it’s done. At the end, they did replace all valve stems and all is great.
