I have to say my experience started off terrible . I made an appointment with another Big O tire location and they try to sell me another brand of tire even tho I asked them for the same brand I have now . They said they had one at another location and we can have it delivered here in 10 minutes . So I agreed to make the appointment . Once I got there they said it will take 2 hours to get . So I said please call me when it comes and I’ll bring my car back . 2 hours went passed , I called them back to see what the ETA was ? He put me on a brief hold and came back and said that the tire has not left the other store yet . At this point I’m extremely annoyed taking up my whole morning waiting on them to call me back . So I ask where is this other shop was located so I can get my tire replaced ? He gave me the location and I went there . I must say it was like night and day . Upon arrival Nick was pleasant and professional . I explained the situation and my frustration. He had my car done immediately and was in and out less than 20 minutes . He truly saved my day as I had to take time out of work and shift my plans around for the day , because of Nick I will return to do business .
