The team was very helpful and listened to my concerns on arrival which were addressed with care and communication throughout. They also helped me to identify a noise that was ended up stemming from some aftermarket sway bar disconnects and with a quick reposition of the pins, the noise was fixed (Thanks Big O team). Some services such as balance and alignment could not be performed due to size of tires and width of track on the vehicle (Lifted Wrangler with 40" tires and widened stance) as it would not fit on these machines. My main reason for stopping in was the rotation which was done without issue and the rest was just a precaution since i was already doing the rotation service.

I brought a tire in for repairs due to a previous tire purchase at Big O Tires. The warrented tire was repaired satisfactorily and everything went well from communication at receipt to delivery.
