I have had ongoing issues that another location was unable to correct. They recommended this location. When I called Brandon was quick to understand and schedule appt for next day. They fixed the left over issues and recommended a few other services. We discussed what was important and they completely explained the pricing. They completed the work in a timely manner and communicated with me throughout. Nick and Brandon were so nice and very helpful. I picked up the cat this morning and it was a pleasure to drive! No quirky issues or sounds!

Helped me out in a bind

Staff was knowledgeable and therefore I was confident that I was getting the best service possible. Many other customers were rude and unreasonable as I waited for my van. Staff handled each customer with respect. I was quite impressed.

Michael Chun that waited on us & changed out the brake sensors was very professional. We felt at ease leaving our vehicle with him. Typically we do the work ourselves but AARP has set in & it’s not so easy anymore.

Because I have dealt with BigO tires since the 80’s and while some of the stores have closed I have never had a bad experience.
