Big O Tires

I used them for my regular oil change. Having a local store fits what I like to do for my vehicle maintenance.

I HAD A NEW SET OF TIRES AND NEW BRAKES INSTALLED IN COLORADO ON MY 2003 EXPLORER DROVE TO CALIFORNIA (1,000) HIGHWAY MILES...NOTICED EMERGENCY BRAKE LIGHT LIT...SEARCHED INTERNET AND FOUND MIGHT BE LOW BRAKE FLUID...DISCOVERED RESERVOIR TO BE EMPTY.....FILLED IN WESTERN NEVADA.....AND WAS EMPTY WITHIN 100 MILES. FORTUNATELY THE RESERVOIR IS SPLIT INTO TWO SECTIONS ...MY FRONT BRAKES WORKED.....RENO NV STORE DISCOVERED THAT RIGHT REAR CALIPERS HAD FAILED. BIG O REPLACED THE CALIPERS AND PADS AND BLED AT NO COST TO ME. I HAVE TO SAY THAT I WAS A LITTLE SURPRISED BECAUSE I DIDN'T DEMAND WARRANTY ...I JUST ASKED THEM TO CONSIDER THE RELATIVE LOW MILEAGE ..... I AM QUITE PLEASED AND WOULD RECOMMENT BIG O TO ALL MY ASSOCIATES AND FRIENDS RON GALL CANON CITY COLORADO

There are several employees who remember me and my vehicle from another store I use to go to, which makes me feel like I'm no just another customer but part of the Big O family.

Moved to Reno in 2016 and have been taking my cars there since. Regardless of who is working, I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this location. Easy to schedule, and very efficient.

I have been coming to this location for several years. The associates know me and are always so welcoming and kind. They are up front about wait times and are great with recommending the best time to come in.

This is my favorite place to take my car for everything. I have gotten my tires there, oil changes, milestone services and alignments. I have been going to the So. Reno facility since it opened. the people remain the same which says a lot to me. The wait period is always reasonable and the sitting room very comfortable. I would not change a thing!

Everyone was very knowledgeable and gave me tips to help get better wear from my new tires. I really appreciated the fact that I was informed about free tire rotations, balancing, along with the nationwide affiliates, and then be given a booklet listing where these locations are in each state.

The service providers are always friendly and communicate clearly. This particular time whoever moved my vehicle had greasy hands and got grease on the outside of my car and on the inside of my car on the driver side door the steering wheel and the parking brake.

Every time I go in, the guys are very helpful. Everyone there knows that they are doing and they take great pride in their location as it is always clean.
