The staff at this Big O Tire shop has always been extremely pleasant to me and professional and make my visit and wait while my two vehicles are worked on very comfortable with their large waiting room.

Needed a tire and wheel for spare on my trailer and got what I needed quickly and the right size.

Office was very clean. Customer service was excellent. Very fast. Didn't try to sell other services, products. Oil change only. Thank you!

Had a nail in my tire and it caused a flat. Air my tire up went to Big O and I was out in 45 minutes with a tire rotation. No charge because we bought our tires at Big O. Love this place because they are fast and they get you back on the road to get to work.

I've always had great service at this location (I can't speak about other Big O locations, as this is the only Big O I've been to.)

Had Big O tires put brakes on my 03 ford f-150, they completed the project fast. Subaru takes longer change the oil in our forester. Did a great job!! covered the leather seat, floor mat and even the steering wheel with plastic. AWESOME JOB!! Price was good too!!

I got several set of tires over there, and I never got any problems. Expectations are set when I dropped my truck, and it went faster than planned.

Got a set of Big ATs for a GREAT price. Just one glitch, messed up part of the rear break assembly, but I brought it back the next day and they replaced all compromised parts with new ones and I was out in no time.

I was helped by a Service Advisor named Jehiah Wilshusen. He was very courteous, listened carefully to my need (a new battery), compared the battery listed as a replacement to my dead battery, determined that the size was not correct, called the battery company (Interstate) and determined the correct exact replacement size, and carried the battery out for me. Excellent service! Jehiah cared about me as a customer and shook my hand when we were done. I will definitely patronize Big O again.

I have been using them since they opened for several of my vehicles and they do an HONEST and conplete service in a reasonable time!!
