Alex was very helpful, greeting me as soon as I came in the door. So far I'm happy with my set of new Big O brand all terrain tires.

The entire process was great.

I rely on your company for all the maintenance of my three cars. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. After home "jumping" the Buick to start it on two occasions, it was obvious I needed a new battery. Your staff tested the existing battery, in place, reconfirmed that problem, and I bought a new battery on the spot. I was VERY taken aback by the high cost of "installing" the new battery.

This store is great. I had a tire light on... 2nd time in two weeks. As he was checking air Pressure and add big air, he saw a screw in my tire. It was 5:30 and the store closes at 6. I really thought I would ha e to leave and come back the next day. They said they would fix it right then!! I was so impressed. The repair was completed before the store closed. Any tire needs I have I always go to Big O!
