The manager Rick Loveless was very helpful , pleasant and professional. The employees and service done to my vehicle was great. I highly recommend this Big O Tires location.

Big O Tire customer for years. Prices comparable to Costco. Tires available as described on Big O website. Easy to schedule an appointment. Professional, prompt service. Road construction was taking place directly in front of the location, but signage was good and no delay.

Joshua Keeble is your best front desk person by far. I have been a customer for years at this location and he is always super friendly and answers any and all questions about service. Needed an oil change and to fix a tire that had a nail in it. All was done quickly. I called right when they opened and they said to bring it in if i could leave it for a few hours.

Alex and his team always make me feel safe. I know that not only will my car be taken care of for the issue I bring it in for, they will check everything else. This time, they realized I needed brake pads. They were able to get them installed the same day.
