Easy process to schedule and team members were friendly and professional. I like to be able to support the businesses in our town of Mesquite and not have to go to StGeorge or Las Vegas for services. thank you.

Friendly fast service with no appointment

The recent battery replacement was smooth and fast. The mechanic also took the time to check my charging system. The guys at the counter are always very polite and helpful and they know their business.

The customer service representative was courteous and clear about the price of the oil change.

Had a blowout on my RV, Mesquite was the closest town. Found the Big O store online, and headed there. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Bought 4 new tires and was back on the road in about an hour. It was hotter than hades, but the waiting room had cold bottled for customers. Thank you

My dash light indicated a low tire. I checked the tire and yes, it was very low. I had an appointment to donate blood and needed to be there asap. I stopped at Big O and they were busy! However, very nice young man checked my tire and found a large screw causing the problem. Even though they were busy, he assured me he'd help me. He did! I was out of there and on my way in less time and less stress than I'd anticipated! Then, to make it even sweeter for me, after tipping the young man and expecting to pay for expedited service the charge was $0.00 Everyone was friendly and the waiting room w chairs was cool on an approximately 110* day! Thank you, young man and BigO.

Coupla yrs back we bought Big-O, 4 tires sold as their best. Anyway we picked up a two-penny nail and had another tire needing to be replaced. Took a while getting replacements because our model tires had been discontinued... Nonethess, guys got us a new good tire equivalent to our originals. Good a Job, Big-O Good Guys!

Close to home

Always does me a great job.

I know they didn't want to do the service and work with Car Shield, and now I understand why. They were as kind to me as they could be, but the stress of trying to deal with Car Shield wore them down. I immediately cancelled with CS, so hopefully when I go in next time they won't cringe.
