Was able get scheduled and in very quickly (next day) and get the car repaired quickly.

Had transmission issues traveling from Missouri to Iowa. Was towed to Midas. They were friendly, unable to fix the issue but also didnt charge us for the work they did!

Asked for oil change. Rep said i really didn't need one. Reset oil life meter abd topped off fluids. No charge!

I believe no vehicle check was performed during oil change and tires were not rotated. Right front was low same as when I came in. Either not rotated or not checked for pressure. Rattle under truck never checked.

Everything was cool and clean, right as it should be. Derrick was very helpful and gave very concise answers and explanations for all my concerns. The staff is very accommodating and professional.
