I made an online appointment for Friday 8am. We ended up dropping the car Wednesday evening. Derrick Jansen offered to inspect the issue right then & said they could fix it Thursday morning which they did. Above & beyond! Much quicker than expected & much appreciated. Great communication & bill has as estimated.
