"I was in the Bolingbrook location on Saturday 2/29/20. The staff was extremely polite, my appointment was at 11:00, I got there a little early and did not have to wait, they took my car fixed my problem within 30 mins."

Very professional. Speedy service. Gentleman at the register was very kind. I like the detail paperwork and suggestions they made.

I stopped in because something made a sound like metal being dragged under the car. Turns out the liner had clips that were missing. They replaced the clips at no charge. I have had brakes replaced here and oil changes and have always had excellent service

Got the work done in the originally estimated time even though something else found wrong that also got done while vehicle was there since they were able to get the part quickly.

They found the source of my oil leak and they were very confident they corrected the issue. They made the repair then again checked the issue to make sure they fixed the leak. They called and the price was reasonable.

I was able to bring my vehicle in within 30 minutes of me calling. They were very quick to work on my vehicle and did not push many extra services on me. The technician came out to reset my maintenance reminder and was very friendly.
