Good experience while visiting Midas

Had a nail in the tire. Was checked in quickly by friendly staff. They called awhile later and came back to pick it up with a quick checkout. Covid precautions in place. I will be back.

It was easy to get an appointment with online scheduling. The appointment was confirmed via text and email in a timely fashion. I was kept informed during the oil change of the progress and additional services were suggested but not in a pushy way. Service was completed in a timely fashion and checkout was quick and easy.

I was able to navigate online to schedule my service. I was then promptly called as far as actual time, didn’t wait too long. The price I was surprised not too expensive and they got me out in a timely manner.

Great service. great prices. All safety precautions were being followed felt very comfortable.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They explained things clearly and did not talk down to me like other places have in the past. He recommended what needed to be fixed but did not try to over sell me on other things that didn’t need to be fixed right away.

Service was quick and staff were friendly. Prices were explained upfront and additional services were recommended. When an issue came up my options and the prices associated with those options were explained before the service was performed.
