Always polite and respecrful, do only what needs to be done, don't try to tell you several other items that "need" doing, especially to "women not familiar with car mechanisms."

I had an appointment. They pulled my vehicle in a door shortly after I arrived. I had an estimate within 15 minutes. The service was quickly completed. My vehicle now runs much quieter.

I call Midas to inquire about a muffler and was able to get an appointment the next day. Upon arrival I was greet by a very friendly associate and my car was immediately taken in and I was informed of the problem. I was expecting to have to make another appointment but they explained that they could do it immediately which was great for me. It was done quickly and they now have one very satisfied customer.
