I could drop my car off to Jona at 6pm the night before and picked it up the next night after getting back from KY

I went to Midas for an oil change and of course they found some other things wrong-which I knew there were some issues with the car. The repairs were quite expensive. But Mark and Brandon and I believe the owner helped bring it down to a manageable cost. I

This location is the best! Highly trained, professional staff. They care about their customers and want them to return. They are compassionate when it comes to the cost and time. They give you every avenue to help you make your decision. Awesome team and now they have a customer for life! Thank you!

These guys here run a wonderful business it?s always a friendly place to be at and they get you in and out ASAP which you can?t beat they are pretty busy at times but with their quick and reliable services it still wouldn?t take to much of your day

My car had a new transmission put in at another repair place. Shortly after it was driven away from repair place, it died. The repair wasn't equipped to repair what they felt was wrong. They had our car towed to Midas. Mark was AMAZING!!! He test drove my car and told me there wasn't anything wrong with the car, it just needed to be re-acclimated to the battery. Mark also has a great personality!

I AK from out of town for a college football game, where I experienced a stall in my car turning into a parking lot the night prior - where my battery light came on and power steering failed. I called the next morning around 7:30 am and talked to Mark on the phone about the issue I experienced, and was told to come in. Upon arrival, Mark was able to explain potential diagnosis with the information given, in a way that someone that is unfamiliar with car lingo could understand. Mark was extremely friendly and personable and I felt comfortable that things would go smoothly. Luckily, the issue my card had that caused me to make the trip to Midas seemed to be a "fluke". I was not charged for the process of diagnosis and was able to make the 4 hour drove back home. I did leave a tip for the above and beyond service that Mark was able to give. You could tell that he was passionate about his job and loved life, and the world really needs more of that.

Starting from making an appointment online, it was easy and quick, the representative was pleasant and friendly. I was welcomed with smile when I got to the location, the service and cost was thoroughly explained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience .
