"Had work done on the car, they said it would be done the next day. I had to call the store the next day just to hear about a new discovered problem on the car. Why wouldn?t you contact me for that? It?s seriously unprofessional, better yet I still had to call them to figure out when the car was ready. I?m only giving 2 stars because the work was done, but the lack of contact is not a good sign. I?m never getting work done at Midas again."

I have used this Midas for a long time for oil changes and have always been satisfied. Yes they would try to tell me I needed tires when I didn?t but no big deal there. The last two oil changes from here have resulted in big problems for me. The first one
