Customer service was great. You can in and he made you feel very welcome. He kept you laughing and made sure that you were in good hands and that the job was getting the job done good

We always take both of our vehicles to this Midas location sagamore pkwy, Lafayette IN Everyone there act very professional. We have always been happy with everything. Mark is the best at customer service. He is our favorite there, but everyone has been great.

The store manager is amazing person and has a great personality. All the employees there are so friendly understanding and caring. They listen and talk. They make u feel very comfy

They inspected my rear brakes which were grinding and called me within an hour to tell me the problem. Then they ordered the parts and had it fixed by mid afternoon. I picked up my vehicle after work. I was so happy that I did not have to go without a vehicle for the weekend.

I would give 4 out of 5 to staff for couple of reasons. 1 Customer service agent really need to pay attention what customer is here for and what need to be done. After service mechanic failed to put the plastic splash guards back to gather on place. I would not complaint about the service performed because I have not driven the car since it came back from Midas.

Midas took my vehicle in without an appointment and I know they are very busy. Performed necessary work much sooner than expected. Professional,courteous and get the job done. Have been using this Midas for my auto care needs many years. Thank you very much!
