My car broke down in Michigan city and needed a new water pump. Luckily, Midas was right across the street. They were very nice and helpful, especially Dean.

Midas had my car for 6 days! I went there for wheel hub bearings but they ended up breaking a piece. Then tried to charge me extra for the piece they broke. I still had to pay $726.50 at the end of the day. Along with that paid extra for ubers and car rent

Dino who works at the Michigan City location is by far the best employee I’ve come across at any service shop or dealership in many years. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and went ABOVE AND BETOND in his customer service. I will be back, for sure! Great job to the staff at this location. Couldn’t be happier!!!

This guy tried to scam my grandmother on a transmission flush. He also refuses to back his work. He wants people to sign a waiver to say if he does somthing wrong he is not responsible. He is scam artist who just takes advantage of people. I am glad i too
