Deano and everyone else at the Michigan City store was so kind. They went above and beyond to take care of all of my van’s problems quickly and efficiently. They explained things so I could understand and let me know how much everything was going to cost and was able to stay under that estimate. The friendly service was better than anywhere I’ve been. It was a small town atmosphere in a big city. I appreciate that so much.

I was on vacation from out of town and my car broke down. They told me directly what was wrong and what the solution would be. They also provided a status update frequently. They did a great job!

Took my truck in for an alignment due to a shake in the front end. The alignment was perfect, but instead of stopping there, the technician/manager spent more than 2 hours troubleshooting to determine I had a warped rotor due to a faulty caliper. They could’ve easily just returned my truck with a good alignment instead. This demonstrates their commitment to customer care and vehicle safety. I will definitely return for all my servicing needs in the future. Great job!👏👏
