Never believe them when they give you a time. I came in for an oil change and found my brakes needed fixed. I wanted to bring it back another day to get fixed because i didn't want to waste my day in the lounge. The guy talked me into doing it that day say

My oil change was completed quickly and the staff was very polite and my wait was okay because of a good t.v. show.

This place is a joke. I have been waiting nearly 2 hours now to get an oil change and a tire patched. Meanwhile my car is on the lift and no one is working on it. Instead they are sitting in the back talking on the phone. I patiently waited at the counte

I'm not good at understanding car terminology. When Kyle, the store manager, was explaining this to me, he showed me instead and it helped me understand what was going on and being done to my car! Very good experience! Kyle was very nice and also pointed out an option for a Midas credit card so I could get my car fixed the same day. I had to call back to possibly get my breaks bled more and he scheduled me for the next day (super fast unlike other places). With Kyle being very helpful and explaining what was going on and showing me, it made me feel more comfortable with his crew working on my car. Great team!

I had trouble starting my car. I called on a Saturday morning to find out if there was any way I could have my car serviced that day. The friendly staff at the location told me to just come in. They quickly fixed my problem and explained it in a way I could understand. They were kind, friendly, and quick. I was so impressed I had them change the oil on my car even though that was not originally planned. They changed my oil and had me out quickly so I could enjoy the rest of my day. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and skill of the people working in this store. I will be back and I will be telling everyone about my experience.

Sending me coupons doesn't cure rudeness or disrespect. If that's how you are going to continue treating customers then I'll go elsewhere !

My expectations were met or exceeded

I have never been treated as rudely or disrespectfully as I was during my last visit!! The mechanic was nice enough but the counter person was a real #**]**. If you catch my drift.

Kyle was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. Great communication from the time the appointment was scheduled and all the way to the time of pickup.

I scheduled my appointment online, my car was immediately serviced and all my questions were answered.

"Put wrong oil in my vehicle, didn't tighten cap on correctly plus they lost my oil dip stick."

Cheaper and better quality product than other places.

Caution! Do not take your car to the ST Joe store in Evansville!!! They did about $2300 worth of work to my car. After I got it back it sounded like a lawn mower and nothing on my steering wheel work including air bag. I asked them to check their work the

The guys at the westside Midas, have to be the most thorough group of mechanics in the tristate. The general manager and assistant manager are awesome as well. They both were very detailed and helped me pick out some sweet set of new shoes for the ole pavement princess.

Went in for a oil change. Car started making a ticking noise after the oil change. Had it checked by my I was told there was no oil in my car... Called they said they would look at it but they couldn't say that my car caused it...I drove on it for a week.

I only come to Midas on st joe in Evansville Indiana it is truly a honest place that will make suggestions but never push or lie to get extra money They make it about customers not cash which in time builds the business with repeated customer base as I am oh and Luke in the front office deserves a raise he works hard to maintain the store I am glad I got to meet the hard workers in this location
