"$20 on a synthetic oil change. plenty of hidden charges i actually only saved $5 when all was said and done. there were numerous 'other' charges in the fine print. the ads would be better if the fine print were clearer, helping one to not be upset at actu"

They were supposed to do a tire rotation with the oil change and that wasnt done. They also didnt put the sticker in the window to give next mileage and date for change which I thought was standard
