Treated with respect, and wasn't over sold on something I didn't want.

The owner,JJ, is always friendly and personable and expects the same from his staff. I have never experienced a sourpuss at his shop.

I dropped in for a tire rotation and I was in & out in probably 30 minutes. Excellent service by courteous personnel!

I like doing business with This Big O Tires on Pyramid Way . I would just recommend that persons needing work done to schedule it two to three days in advance , cause this store is usually busy all the time . I was just lucky the day I took my wife,s Toyota 4 Runner in for a Wheel Alignment . Cause they had an opening and they had time to get the vehicle aligned , before the next scheduled person arrived for a wheel alignment .

Great Owner that is involved in daily customer

We somehow picked up a nail in our left rear tire on the way back to our hotel. We were fortunate to get back as the leak came on sudde. nly and the air pressure dropped quickly (our car has a tire monitoring system). It was already late and no tire shops were open, so we decided to get some sleep and address the issue the next morning. We got AAA to replace the tire with the spare (not a full sized spare) and went to Big O, mainly because it opened the earliest and was the closest to our hotel. We had checked out and needed to be home the next morning to pick up relative at the airport, so we needed to get some pretty quick service. JJ met us at the car and I showed him the tire. I had known from the location of the nail that it would likely be tough to patch, so I was resigned to having to buy four new tires. JJ verified that it would be a pretty difficult patch and I told him let's just go with new tires. Fortunately, he had two brands in stock in our size. We selected one and they were installed pretty quickly. We were in at 7:30 and our by 9:15. I had a question about tire pressure the next day so I emailed and JJ responded the next day with the answer. They got me out of a tight spot and they did it efficiently and in quite a friendly manner. Five stars. Please note. I gave them four stars for cleanliness. The place was pretty neat, but I can't give any automotive shop five stars for cleanliness because it's simply not possible. This Big O did a good job keeping the place as clean as possible.

Don't you put the special air in the tires anymore? It's suppose to make them wear better.

Although it was a busy Monday morning, they were able to get my "emergency"� repair. I had picked up a sheet metal bolt through my tire and needed to be plugged. Even though it was only an "emergency"� to me, they gave it the immediate attention I wished for. And, they were courteous every step of the way!
