I took a chance and went by to see if I could get a rotation and check alignment etc. I had gone by in the last couple of weeks just to see this location very busy! It was a little after 8am so I was able to get right in and was out of there about a half hour later! The guys were great, friendly and always take time to answer any questions I have. I even got to use my coupon which pai for everything!

I Didn’t pay anything for my tire rotation. There also wasn’t a long wait.

Employees were helpful and polite. Didn't try to sell me over priced parts or unneeded parts like most places try and do.

At the last minute I needed to use my trailer to haul furniture a long distance. I hadn't used the trailer in quite awhile so I was concerned about the condition of the wheel bearings. After a panicked phone call, JJ squeezed me in on a Monday morning (Martin Luther King Day). Right away the bearings were checked and fortunately only required a shot of grease to get me on the road with peace of mind. I sincerely appreciate the quick, honest and friendly service JJ and his crew provided to get me on my way.

We were experiencing front end vibration and feared an expensive repair job and needing to leave our vehicle for a long time. Instead, within an hour of dropping off our vehicle, we got a call telling us that it was only an unbalanced tired and we could come get our vehicle right away. Even better, there was no charge for the tire rotation and rebalancing because it was included with our Big O Tires. There was no attempt to sell us services we didn't need, and the staff there treated us well. We've been using Big O Sparks ever since we moved to the area ten years ago, and they've always done well by us.

Chad and JJ always treat me with respect. The work preformed by the shop always meets my expectation.

During an extremely busy time due to weather, this shop was the only one who squeezed us in and got snow tires on our vehicle. They did a great job and we really appreciate how efficient and reasonably priced they are!
