The service was started on time and done in about half the time allotted.

I dropped off a tire that had a leak, it was fixed in a timely manner. The manager was very friendly.

I give the Ames, IA Midas the highest rating. Their store manager, Alec, and service tech, Anthony, went above and beyond to get my car ready for a long distance fishing trip. Besides LOF, tires rotation they caught a possible safety issue with my rear stabilizer links that may have caused a problem since I will be pulling a trailer. They are professional, skilled, and courteous...they treated me like their own family! I highly recommend them!
