I was impressed

I am very proud of my 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. It's a rare, special car and the Midas technician took the time to make sure he had the correct oil ( Euro spec) and did a very professional job on the car. It gives me confidence to have this Midas store maintain and repair my Fiat in the future.

We needed an alignment on our newly purchased vehicle, per the determination of the dealer. Our Jeep is 21 years old. The front brakes were original to the vehicle. The Midas tech explained that everything on the front brake had to be replaced. The work took all afternoon and the mechanics had to work past closing time to finish the repairs, which we appreciated. The rear brakes need to be replaced too, and we will need to bring the car back next month for rear brake repair. Thank you for replacing our brakes today and honoring our military family with a military discount.

Repeat customer for oil change & tire rotation

Employees are always educated and friendly. Employees don't mind explaining services. Establishment has multiple payment methods. Complementary items such as coffee and other beverages are readily available. Employees always provide paperwork with recommendations. I don't ever feel pressured to include services that I don't want.
