Contacted Midas by phone, associate was very knowledgeable about my needs, gave me a quote over the phone. Upon dropping off the vehicle, representative was friendly, asked questions and made a phone call back confirming the work to be performed and then again when the work was completed.

Staff communicated process very clearly and in a friendly and helpful manner. Pricing was steeper than I anticipated (Oil Change/Filter Swap seemed excessive) but still within acceptable levels.

The experience

They did an excellent job on the car. Helped me out with an issue on my glove box which was greatly appreciated. They said it would take about an hour to complete everything and they were right on time.

Don was great at the front desk, the services were completed quickly and the car was left clean. Best oil change/tire rotation we have ever had!
