They made sure that I got my car back. Even with the weather getting worse by the second. Their first concern was for the safety of the staff and consumers.

The service rep Andre was amazing! He helped me find difficult solutions to fix my truck. He listened carefully and considered multiple solutions so together we could find the best repair solution for meeting my needs. I highly appreciate all he did to help me.

My service has been timely and well done.

I called to make an appointment for an alignment and safety inspection after failing for front end parts at a different shop. The front office staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. The manager took the time to listen to me and communicated to the tech that my lug nut had been cross threaded by the other shop. He also let me know my emissions inspection was only good for 30 days and had expired so we added that to my service. It didn't take more than 2 hours for all this and I got my new tags later that day! Thank you.

Mi had the road hazard program. They ordered me a new tire on the spot once I found a screw in my tire and had me back on the road the same day. They always go above and beyond what I need and expect. The other midas stores sent me away while these guys try their butts off to keep you happy for a reasonable price. In my past experiences with them they have earned my trust and they'll now be my new shop moving forward. Thanks guys

Love the staff and service here that often go above and beyond for their customers. One suggestion during our current climate: when taking customers back to the service bin to see and discuss repairs, great courtesy by the way, please make sure the technician working on their automobile is wearing a face covering as everyone else is. Great prices and honoring of coupons! Love that a tire rotation is included in each oil change.

I honestly was surprised with the great customer service. They all were friendly. You don't get that very much anymore. While sitting there I observed their interactions with other customers as well. They communicated very well with everyone. I'm definitely coming back. Also thank you Paula for your friendliness & kindness.
