The staff is always very friendly, they take the time to explain the problem and Rene is always easy to work with and when he explains the problem, he does it in a way that I can understand, meaning he makes it simple for me to know what the problem is, how it will be repaired and how long it will take to complete.

I really like the fact that I didnt need an appointment to get me truck I for service but they told me the wait time would be a little bit and it was like 10-15 minutes then my truck was inside getting serviced they kept me informed about it very well.

I always feel that I am being treated fairly and given all the details to help make my decision on work to be completed at that time or in the future.

Went in today for an oil change. I made an appointment the previous night at around 6:30 pm. I received a prompt call back confirming my 10:30 am appointment for a standard oil change. The office was comfortable, the staff was attentive, and I was out within an hour. Compared to competitors I’ve visited in the past, I was impressed and completely satisfied with my experience.
