Everyone is so friendly! They really take care of you and make sure you don't feel pressured. They take time to explain what they are doing and why it needs to be done. Jon makes you feel like he has known you forever. All around wonderful place to go.

So I had my catalytic converter stolen. An issue that was not my fault, and left me with no working vehicle. Dealing with insurance and having to get a rental car helped things, but it wasn’t a super great experience. Once I first contacted Midas, I immediately had a great opinion of you guys, and have been extremely impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and ease that I have experienced interacting with them. Midas has made this not optimal experience a lot easier for me, and I greatly appreciate it. Sincerely, I will definitely be returning for future service on my vehicle when needed. I’ve been so impressed!

I needed a replacement tire quickly due to a flat while on the road. Received great detailed and honest information and customer service upon arrival at shop. Very professional and well trained personnel.
