Big O Tires

This was my first visit to Big O Tire and I couldn't be more impressed. I was greeted right away and directed who to talk to to finish my check in. They explained everything and couldn't be more polite and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

I always get my oil changed by the shop. Justin is always pleasant and welcoming. I feel that my car is well taken care of when I leave it and they always take care of things in a quick and complete manner.

Couches were very hard to get out of as I am having knee surgery in about a week

The associates were very knowledgeable, and friendly. The girl that initially greeted us, seemed new, but the professionals came forward quickly to her aid, and the process was very smooth. They also always had a smile on their face (except for the new girl. ;) I think she was overwhelmed). I would highly recommend them to anyone!
