Thee we y weren’t too busy so I got quick service.....

the service was great and very quick. I had a tire go bad and decided to replace all four. without an appointment the service department promptly got my pickup in and replaced and balanced all four tires and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. good job

Big O has been my go to tire store for several years. You guys earned my loyalty when some punk went through my apartment complex parking lot and slashed all four of my tires (this was several years ago). You guys sent a tow truck out to get my car and had us fixed up with new tires. Justin at your Diers location has always taken excellent care of us and our vehicles. I recommend you guys to everyone. Keep up the good work!!!!

Very good customer service as usual. The only problem I noticed was that my low tire indicator was on when I went in and they did not appear to put any air in my tire.

Made an appt for a Saturday and associate mentioned they don't make appt on Saturday. He still put me down and I showed up ontime and was in. Asked to check brakes and I ended up needing brake service and they were able to get it done at the same time in the timeframe that he quoted.
