"Took the car in for service, alignment, and tires. The car ended up needing pulley's, a belt, tie rod end. I did experience some smoke coming out from under the hood afterwards. But everything is good. Tom was great and will be coming back."

Joe and Brian were fantastic. Saved me money where I could. Explained what services, how long and warranty claims. They were very detailed about the quote - AWESOME! Brian even took me out to look at the vehicle and his plans to provide all the services I requested. He is a phenomenal asset for Midas. Joe was very kind and informative. I am from Tallahassee, FL. I am used to paying around $105 at Take 5 for an oil change only. My truck calls for full synthetic. At Midas I received an oil change with full synthetic and tire rotation for less then Take 5. The staff were great and explained everything to me also. I will be using Midas and hopefully there is one in Tallahassee, FL.

Had a leak in the front end called them...bring it right in...1 hour later call told me what was wrong and how much it would cost and had my truck back to me in a totel of 3 hours on a Saturday great service

It is easy to get to talk to someone when I call and the associates are always very nice. I dropped off my car for a big job and they were able to complete it all in one day and get my car back to me, which was much appreciated.
