Deceptive coupons! Deceptive Midas representatives! Very unhappy customer!

The staff at Midas was so friendly and kind and were incredible at communicating what stage they were at when looking at our vehicle. This is one of the first auto shops that I have felt completely comfortable asking detailed questions about my vehicle knowing that the staff will explain everything in a way that is understandable for someone who doesn't know a lot about cars! We will definitely be back to visit this location for our auto care needs!

They were very friendly, very helpful and didn’t want to charge me for anything they weren’t confident would fix the problem. Very helpful with my questions and even helped me contact other places to try and alleviate this issue.
