Professional experience and knowledge was given by staff during this visit.

Had vibration at highway speeds when brakes applied. Thought my problem was the brakes. Turned out to be upper ball joints. They got me in right away and everything is tight now. Only problem was finding a parking place when first arrived.

It was extremely nice to be able to schedule an appointment and have said appointment in a very short turn around. It is impossible to do that anymore if you go to a dealer!!!
