As an older woman, I appreciate the fact that I am never talked down to. I have been to many places where men have treated me as though I am mentally deficient because I am a woman. I have always received respect, professionalism, and extreme friendliness from the staff at Big O. They remember me as well as the rest of my family when I call or stop in. They have even stayed a few minutes late to help fix a flat tire that I had one time. That kind of service is very rare in this day and age. They have a customer for life in me!
