The management is very welcoming.. Josh and Kim are the sweetest. They got my Daughters car in immediately for a brake line . They fixed it right up for her.. love all of the techs as well.

We are satisfied with the expertise of the technicians answering any questions we had, scheduling the vehicle & working on it when it was scheduled. Cost for repairs, tires etc is very competitive with others. Very accomodating with us. We will take our daughters car here everytime it needs attention while she is in Cedar Falls at school

My vehicle service is done under a fleet account, so I don’t deal with pricing. I get an oil change every 2 months. I am usually able to get an appointment same day or next day and they get me in at my appointment time and complete the job quickly.

They were great. I have a commute and noticed on my break that my tire was almost completely flat because of a nail. I called to see if I could come in right away and have it fixed. Zach was able to save me a spot and they got my tire fixed promptly and fo
