I told you about how you guys didn't change my oil filter and nobody even acknowledge me.

The work is outstanding drives like a new car, but the labor prices are outrageous not to mention the 200% mark up on parts.

I have had my oil changed 2 or 3 times before and at Midas in Columbus Ind. Last month my mechanic change my oil and the old oil filter was still on my car from before I went to Midas the 1st time. So makes me wonder if they even changed my oil? Very disap

I had my mechanic change my oil and Midas in Columbus Ind had changed it 2 or 3 times before and Midas hasn't changed my oil filter neither time. They cheated me I bet they didn't even do my oil.

Says fluids are topped off along with other things but when I checked washer fluid it wasnt to the top like it was topped off. Other than that everything was good.

Have Mike work on his customer service skills, they leave a lot to be desired.

They broke a part (brake piston) on my car when putting back together and didn't say anything about it. Also torqued the wheels and brake calipers way beyond specs. Technician somewhat disrespectful. Won't go there again.

They exaggerated trouble and said front control arm need replacement since it cause wear off tire faster. But I checked at two other places.

I come from out of state. I have no car to get part they didnt help me. They have Rude people. I would not go there anymore.

Took my car to get brakes, oil change done. We were going to get tires but decided to wait. We were NOT told at all the tires were so bad there were wires showing on two tires! IF we were told we NEVER would have WAITED. They even rotated the tires to the FRONT on my FRONT wheel drive car!! They let us leave KNOWING it was a deathtrap and we're were unaware the tires were that bad. Had to use spare tires to get to Walmart today to get new tires on. Afterwards found out they also over tourqed my lug nuts! Your guys are going to get drivers severely injured!!

Hire trained technicians that are able to diagnose problems to at least give a reason why the work requested could not be done. I asked if something needs to be replaced or what could be done to achieve an alignment and was told they just couldn't perform it.

Poor service by MIDAS. No need to visit this shop.
