The customer service and service technician were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They immediately made me feel welcome, they were completely up front to advise me of the service needed, and completely transparent with price through the entire process. I read conflicting information online, and based on my past experiences with other repair shops, I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here first; I trusted them; And glad that I did. I didn't have an appointment but Jessie told me to stop in. I was quickly greeted and attended to. The man who took my car into the garage was very polite. Jessie explained everything to me very patiently. He was very professional. Overall, I experienced great customer service!
