Jesse always makes sure I understand what needs to be done to my car and why. Work is always finished within the time frame he had said it would be. Always so professional and poliet.

Service was very good, checked car and found another problem that has to be addressed. Prices and warranty are very good.

The mechanics at Midas are wonderful. They got my car ready to pass emissions and have done great work on this car and my daughters. They check out everything give you a fair estimate on the work and have it done when promised

Dragged to finish my business. Took care of other customers while handling me. Took longer than usual. But overall satisfied with service done.

Everything I have ever had done there has always been very good. I appreciate their knowledge and taking good care of my car. I trust them and I have been going there for a long time. I hope I can continue seeking their service always. This particular Midas is excellent and their Service Manager, Jessie, is the best.

Jesse at the 111th SW Highway location in Palos Hills, IL was beyond amazing! He went above and beyond with my warranty dealer to make sure that everything should be covered etc. He kept in close contact with me via phone and email to be sure I was up to date on everything and understood what was going on. I owe a lot to him for all of this as I don't know anything about cars.

Expensive, but very prompt. Midas quoted me on other work at $900, when go-to mechanic said no more than $650. I only used Midas because my regular mechanic was closed for the holiday weekend.
