I’ve been a customer of this Midas for a period of time now. Probably my last four cars. So I know it’s been a while because I drive my cars till they die. The shop is always had great customer service. They are always professional and complete their jobs on time and never have I had to return because the job was not done appropriately. Staff is great.

I had an oil change and an overall vehicle check up. All was well except one tire that had some wall damage near the rim. Replacement of the damaged tire was recommended. The service person had to inform me of the tire problem but was not trying to sell me a replacement tire. I went to the company that sold me my last set of tires. They replaced the tire after they straightened the rim. I would not have known there was a problem if Midas had not found it. I appreciated the safety recommendation by Midas. Thank you!

No issues. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Spent approx. an hour in the waiting room. Didn't have to wait two weeks for a dealership to get an appt. and get the job done. Will go back.

Alex was honest when informing me that I did not need brakes replaced. Would have been easy to take advantage of the situation. Nick handled my initial call and it was great communication between the shop and myself regarding updates. I will no longer be using FORD dealer for my repair and maintenance needs.

Service was good. Jessie Alvarez was on top of things and treated me like a valued customer.

Customer service guy, Jesse, was very clear on what I needed. I know he had to try and source some parts. He used his knowledge to get a part that was not a perfect fit but that he was confident the tech would be able to retrofit. It saved a lot of time and money.
