Your manager gave me an estimate of the repair cost before i brought the car in to the shop, and the majority of the cost was attributed to labor, estimated at four hours, When I came in for the car and to pay the bill, the manager explained that the repair was completed in 2/3 rds of the time estimated, and my bill was approximately 1/3rd less than the estimate. Good news from a trusted manager. I told him so, and he'll have my loyalty for as long as he's on the job. I already have been his customer for the past four years or so, and I've always trusted him and the quality of the work from his Midas shop.
