I always receive great service and feel welcome when entering the building. I have been coming to this establishment for serveral yeas....They seem to care!!

Took me at my appointment time and was finished in less than an hour.

I had to bring my van back twice so far due to my front brakes locking up. The first time was right after I had my breaks done and on my way home my driver's side front tire was smoking. It needed a rebuilt caliper installed. Three weeks later my driver side was smoking. Needed to install a rebuilt caliper on that side as well. All in all I still trust Midas in Countryside but will never go to the Midas in Bridgeview, Illinois.

forced to buy a front alignment for $124.95. I never needed a control arm only a lower ball joint. I was ripped off at Midas in countryside.il I asked 5 times Not to do an alignment but the manager NICK WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME. I called Midas corporate but I got some guy who barely speaks English . So far Im screwed . I want my money back. I will go to credit card company maybe they will help. I did not want to get alignment now . Have to do other side soon . Dont want to pay for 2.alignm
