Doug answered the phone on Friday, he didn't have appointments available, until Monday or Tuesday. He said if I could drop it off, he would look at it. Doug called me an hour later to let me know the noise I was reporting was shocks and struts. I couldn't afford to fix both sides; most places won't repair just one side. Doug may have heard my whimper...I had made a huge repair last month! I know he doesn't know me, he came back to the phone and had it approved to fix the broken side until I could return next month. This Midas is the best place with the best mechanics, they are angels to me!!

I always get Great Customer Service at Midas. Zach was able to get me on the schedule as a Walk-in, he notified me that there is an 45mins-1 hour waiting and kept me informed, provided a beverage, and Midas customers who are friendly! The time went fast, and I was grateful he was able to accommodate me. I have in the past referred people to that particular Midas because they are Great Service! We need more mechanics there!

The Midas on Robert Street in West Saint Paul is OUTSTANDING! They are so helpful, honest, friendly, and communicative.

I was having tires replaced at another shop who could not get my lug nut off. I brought it here and they were top notch on helping me out. I will bring it here first next time. Great service!

I was able to walk in to get my Lyft inspection tho I had no expectation of that without an appointment. I felt that they truly cared about my vehicle!
