Louis and the staff at Midas in West St. Paul are awesome! Great customer service. Would highly recommend this establishment.

The manager Louis is always super friendly and if there are any issues he always makes it right. I've seen him help people when they come in last minute with big issues and he does his best to accommodate. I've had him check out my check-engine light and always tells me what's going on up front without adding extra fees.

I scheduled an appointment on, however, the tires I needed were not available. The employee helping me was able to reserve tires that were being brought in and I was able to reschedule for the next week!

Great customer service, easy to make appointments, always explaining what needs to be done or what can wait and price clearly stated and quoted. I also feel like my services get done in a very timely matter. I don't have to wait long and if it is going to be long its well communicated.
