My check engine light was on. Louis told me two things came up on the inspection and recommended that we just fix one of the issues at first to see if that’s enough to solve the problem (and to save me money). He advised me to come back if the light comes back on. A week later, the light came back on. Instead of performing the manufacturers recommended service (costing $300+), Louis recommended he clean the part to see if that fixes the problem. He didn’t charge me anything, and told me to come back if the light comes back on. I am super-impressed with how Louis is going out of the way to save me money. Because of this, I’ll trust when Louis says I need to have work done. Thank you!
