Louis was efficient, friendly and explained clearly what work was being done and recommended in the future.

I went in for an oil change and afterwards was told that I needed a new battery among other things. I had gotten a new battery a year ago so told him no. I had the battery tested where I had purchased it and it tested fine. Don't assume that I am a stupid

They were quick to get back to me and schedule. The service was fast. They communicated well what they found.

They made up bogus things wrong with the vehicle, never going back to that place.

Very prompt

I was quite impressed with the high level of customer service skills the team showed during my visit. Louis treated me very professionally, he was patient and kind. Jose was also polite, wrote my miles down and he drove my car very proudly. I referred my son and my friend to Midas on the same day!

Louis is a great manager and always takes care of his customers. He knows them by name and is super friendly. This is the best Midas location I've ever used.

I am always treated with respect and friendliness when I go to my Midas. The manager Louis knows me by name and always explains what is needed and why. Never talks over my head and we even talk about non vehicle stuff. Always gets my vehicle in when I ask and if they can't they work with me on the best option. Will never go anywhere else as long as Louis works there. Great place to go.
