The entire team is friendly and easy to talk with. The store manager handled the check in and check out and is explained what was going on with my car and what my needs might be coming up and never tries to add in lots of 'extras'. He mentioned tires being worn and, without any pushing about dealing with Midas, let me know there was a special on tires I could think about. We always have a great experience using this Midas shop. I know almost nothing about cars, but I feel I can trust the team there.

I was greeted with my entry . I did not have an appointment but was promptly started on my service . I was quoted a price of 101 for an oil change and rotation . I looked for a coupon and found one on the Midas Site . It was for a full synthetic oil change for 49.99 . I was told I could use the coupon but would need to print it in order to use it , due to it being a combination one. I asked if I could email the coupon to the store and it be printed I was told they were able to do that. The coupon had a promo code as well but I was still informed it needed printed . I asked the service desk lady to pull my car out of the bay as it was just pulled in. I left to go find a printer because that’s a 50 dollar difference in cost . I was called by Thomas and informed I didn’t need to print it and he would enter the code. I didn’t get but a stop light away and was back to be serviced . Thomas input the code coupon for 20 off an oil change , but I informed him that was not the one I wanted to use . I was refunded 20 dollars on the transaction .
