The guys here were very helpful and willing to explain everything found in the inspections to me, the pricing, and the reason behind everything. They’re pretty affordable compared to other places and the guys at the desk were both great. I’m glad I took my car to Midas and did my inspections there. Even though I could only afford the brakes, I’ll most likely be back at Midas for my suspension as well (which I has inspected while I was there). The inspections are well worth it too.

Chris and his staff are excellent. There service is impeccable.

I have built a relationship with this Midas shop and the team there. I have trust in their assessments of my vehicles needs. The manager is always around to offer advice and the mechanics are respectful and articulate.

They did exactly as I asked them to do in a quick and efficient manner. I was disappointed to see they ignored some customers who came in while I was waiting for over 10 minutes without acknowledging them, even the courtesy of saying hello, Ill be with you shortly would have been nice. The girl they have working tries to help but even she dropped the ball on this one. It doesnt take much to say hello and make your customers feel welcome.

The staff was great especially Thomas . Very quick and thorough great crew definitely recommend Midas @ 851 N Shadeland Ave your be glad you did . Great job guys . 😊

They checked out my vehicle thoroughly during my oil change and let me know of some issues I was not aware of. most places don't do that. I will bring my vehicles to Midas from now on. Thanks.

Great service and quick. Very transparent about what has been done and why. Along with being helpful in future or possible issues. Customer service was great as well!

I loved every single second of my experience at Midas. Linda Fuson made me genuinely feel like a part of the Midas family. Anywhere I go I’m looking for the best customer service and this surely has to be the best service I’ve received in Indianapolis ever. Thankyou for the kindness I always fear on having a horrible experience because of how I present myself to the world I deal with clinical depression but I felt at ease tTHE WHOLE TIME! There was another gentleman his hair was in a ponytail I believe it was a mix of grey and brown with mixed beard and I don’t know if he was the store manager but the way he communicated and lead made me feel like my vehicle was in the greatest hands !
